Turnout in Anoka-Hennepin was 26%, which supt. Dennis Carlson said was low for an odd-year election.
RESULT IN: Lester Prairie bond vote to raise $5 million for school building improvements FAILS.
RESULT IN: East Central schools (Norwood-Young America) had three Q's on ballot, TWO PASSED. Levy renewal passed, but tax increase failed.
RESULT IN: Saint Peter school levy PASSES, 1290-859. Question would raise property taxes.
RESULT IN: Nevis, MN schools - Question 1 PASSES; question 2 FAILS. Both questions would raise property taxes.
RESULT IN: Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted school levy PASSES. District was seeking levy renewal.
RESULT IN: Delano school levy FAILS, district was seeking tax increase.
RESULT IN: Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school levy PASSES w/ 2/3 of all 'yes' votes; district was seeking levy renewal.
RESULT IN: Eveleth-Gilbert schools had two questions - BOTH PASSED. One would renew a levy; the other would raise taxes for addt'l funds.
RESULTS IN: Waconia schools - both referenda, related to buying land and building a new school, FAILED.
RESULT IN: (can't remember if I tweeted this) - North St. Paul-M'wood-Oakdale levy PASSES. District sought levy renewal.
Update: Looks like Owatonna vote failed by 11 votes, not 10. SoS office appears to have updated numbers by one.
RESULTS (in case I forgot to tweet these): Fridley and Edina each had two school Q's -- all four questions PASSED.
RESULT: Richfield school levy FAILS; district was seeking tax increase.
RESULT: Westonka, MN schools - all THREE Q's PASS. Q1 was levy renewal; Q2/Q3 were $30m in bonds for building repairs/improvements
In Pine River-Backus, both Q's PASSED. First renews $1 levy; Second funds $4m for new bus garage + other repairs (no tax hike for either)
By my count, 95 of the 126 MN school dists (75%) that had Q's before voters had at least one Q pass
