Senser family attorney says there's been a rush to public judgment. Says these charges normally "take about six months"
Senser attorney Nelson: "She (Mrs. Senser) is grieving the loss of this man's life and she will deal with these charges." He says the charges are a rush to judgment influenced by pressure from the public. Freeman says "he's wrong.".
Constitutional protections apply to every citizen regardless of age.
Everyone has now had their say. The only real new nugget of information here is charges have been filed.
I didn't hear the bail figure, but I know we and others are reporting it as $150,000. I believe the bond is 10 percent of that but don't quote me.
I'm driving back to St. Paul. MPR's Jon Gordon is going to take over here until I can resume the discussion. Please feel free to comment as you see fit.
