Doug Burgum wins another four years as North Dakota governor

Close race in Minnesota’s 1st Congressional District. National outlets FiveThirtyEight.com and Real Clear Politics favor incumbent Hagedorn (R) to win, while Sabato’s Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics and CNN favor Feehan (DFL).
What has changed in the district since Hagedorn flipped it to Republican control 2 years ago? There are somewhere between 1,000 to 6,000 fewer White voters there now, and those were replaced by voters of color. Additionally, there are now even more college-educated voters in the district.
